PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal management system by which procedures for preventing unauthorized use of a right by a third person are promptly and conveniently realized without interposition of the third person when a medium (cellular phone terminal) which electronically stores information for certifying the right to receive service is lost.;SOLUTION: At the time of loss of a terminal 103 which is used by a user 104 and by which the user 104 receives provision of the service, authentication of the user 104 is performed based on bonafides certification information of the user 104 inputted by the user 104, authentication of a terminal 105 is performed when the authentication of the user 104 is successful and use of the terminal 103 is stopped when the authentication of the terminal 105 is successful.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
