PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant non-sticky coated metal plate which is improved in coating film hardness and wear resistant properties while highly maintaining non- sticky durability and workability. ;SOLUTION: A coating film 10 formed of a heat resistant resin coating material formed by blending heat-melting fluororesin having an average particle size of 1 μm or less and flaky inorganic additives having the average particle size of 10 to 100 μm is deposited on the surface of a base metal plate 16. The surface layer of the coating film 10 is covered with a fluororesin thin film 11 formed of the heat-melting fluororesin, while the flaky inorganic additives 12 and the particle fluororesin 13 are dispersed in the coating film 10. As required, inorganic fiber 17 having diameter of 0.1 to 20 μm, length of 100 μm or less may be dispersed in the coating film 10. This heat resistant non-sticky coated metal plate is excellent in the non-sticky properties, the durability of the non-sticky properties and the initial wear resistance because of the fluororesin thin film 11 formed as the surface layer of the coating film 10, and the metal plate is also excellent in the coating film hardness and the wear resistance properties because of the flaky inorganic additives 12, particle fluororesin 13 and the inorganic fiber 17 dispersed in the coating film 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
