PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant non-tacky coated metallic sheet which has modified coating film hardness and wear resistance while maintaining non- tacky durability and processability at a high level.;SOLUTION: An undercoat coating film formed of a heat-resistant resin coating material obtained by blending 1 to 30 pts.mass of a scaly inorganic additive with an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 μm with 100 pts.mass of a resin solid content, is provided on a ground metallic sheet. In addition, a facing material film formed of a heat-resistant resin coating material obtained by blending a heat-melting fluororesin with an average particle diameter of not more than 1 μm (10 to 200 pts.mass for 100 pts.mass of the resin solid content) and the scaly inorganic additive with an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 μm (1 to 30 pcs.mass for 100 pts.mass of the resin solid content) is formed on the undercoat coating film. Further, the top layer of the coating film is covered with a thin film produced based on the heat melting fluororesin and the scaly inorganic additive and a granulated fluororesin are dispersed in the coating film below the thin film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
