PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating outer wall structure having a moisture permeable waterproof sheet capable of surely preventing swelling of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet with a structure sufficiently ventilable in the vertical direction on the back face side of an external facing material. ;SOLUTION: The moisture permeable waterproof sheet 4 is pressed down along a heat insulating material 2 by a cross member 6 having a shape allowing vertical directional ventilation to be ventilable in the vertical direction via this cross member 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
