To provide a moisture permeable waterproof sheet with projection capable of assuring a ventilation space between a face bar for structure and an outer wall material for a long period without using a ventilation furring edge.SOLUTION: The moisture permeable waterproof sheet with projection is composed of a first sheet layer having moisture permeable feature and waterproof feature and a second sheet layer having waterproof feature and heat resistance feature bonded together by an adhesive material and on a surface of the second sheet layer of an opposite side of a side bonded with the first sheet layer, a plurality of projection consisting of resin is spaced apart from one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
