PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure between outer wall panels capable of making both compatible in an improvement in waterproof reliability between the outer wall panels and an improvement in waterproof workability between the outer wall panels.;SOLUTION: This waterproof structure between the outer wall panels has a secondary waterproof member on the reverse surface side of a gasket 2, by installing the primary waterproof gasket 2 in a joint part clearance S formed between the adjacent outer wall panels 1 and 1 by pushing-in from the surface side of the outer wall panels 1 and 1. The secondary waterproof member is synthetic resin first drain board material 3 and second drain board material 4 respectively arranged along an end part of the adjacent outer wall panels 1 and 1.
