PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information cooperation method and a system for caring in which information about caring is consolidated and a home care supporting company and a service company can share the information. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a step which registers the home care supporting company and the service company which is in charge of care of an insured person, a step which makes the home care supporting company upload the information on the insured person and a care service plan, which can be updated by the home care supporting company and can be referred to by the service company, and a service utilization/supply slip, which can be updated by the home care supporting company and the service company, a step which makes the service company download the care service plan and the service utilization/supply slip, and a step which makes the service company upload the service utilization/supply slip in which service performance data is inputted.
