PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data cooperation method of a health medical care cooperation system, a program for data cooperation, and a server capable of converting even data of any data format collected by each health medical institution into standardized data by a server, and converting data provided from the other health medical institution into data of a format available by each health medical institution.;SOLUTION: A data cooperation method of a heath medical care cooperation system includes: a step in which a data acquisition part 11 acquires health medical information from a plurality of health medical institutions 2; a step in which a data standardization part 12 converts the information into information of a standardized data format; a step in which a request reception part 16 receives a request for the information from any health medical institution 2; and a step in which a data request control conversion part 27 converts, on the basis of the request, the information of the standardized data format into data of a format following an inspection method and a data format of the health medical institution 2 which has made the request.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
