PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of learning a foreign language used in a telecommunication line which permits easily practicing the pronunciation and hearing of the foreign language at an individual pace and regardless of where you are.;SOLUTION: The data on the word and sentence of a foreign language is housed in a terminal 1 on the part of a provider of the foreign language. The terminal 1 is interconnected through an Internet to a terminal 3 capable of outputting the voice on the part of a learner. The provider creates a home page 11 intended for learning the foreign language on the Internet through the terminal 1 on the part of the provider. It is due to the home page accessed by the terminal 3 on the part of the learner that the voice is output by the terminal 3 on the part of the learner and on the basis of the data on the word or sentence of the foreign language transmitted from the terminal 1 on the part of the provider.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
