PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure slip management system, a server, a failure slip management method, its program, and a computer readable recording medium having its program recorded thereon which are capable of simplify the evaluation of a trial piece by sharply increasing a processing speed from failure generation to correction confirmation. SOLUTION: A DB server 1, a terminal of a person in charge of evaluation 2, an evaluation manager terminal 3, a design manager terminal 4, and a terminal of a person in charge of design 5 are all connected through a network 6, and each operator at each of those terminals 2-5 is directly notified of a failure slip through the network 6. Thus, it is possible to sharply increase a processing speed from failure generation to correction confirmation, and simultaneously to prevent the failure slip from being lost or its entry from being missed in stages during the processing. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the generation of any time lag related with transfer and the generation of any loss trouble which is likely to happen when the failure slip is made of paper.
