t is disclosed herein a reserve double electro-hydraulic mechanism designed for the smooth landing, the rising and lowering of the aircraft's wheels. It is used in the event that the hydraulic mechanism of the aircraft is incapable -due to failure of the hydraulic pumps driven by the aircraft's motors-of pressing the pistons and moving up and down the wheels. Said mechanism operates with two electro-hydraulic pumps producing 170 at pressure each; same pumps are powered by two electric condensers of 75 amp-hr and 400 amp respectively, which condensers are continuously recharged during the aircraft's motor operation by charging devices incorporated to the electronic power circuit. All the aircraft's safety operation systems keep functioningwith the double electro-hydraulic mechanism in question.
