PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident caused by a wheel of an aircraft by alleviating the impact on the wheel and a runway upon landing, while in a conventional aircraft, a surface of a tire is replaced for reuse since the wheel rotates rapidly due to the friction against the road surface upon landing, and the temperature of a tire of a large aircraft goes as high as 400°C emitting white smoke due to the frictional heat, though the main body is also fatigued even after the replacement of the surface only, which leads to the accident.;SOLUTION: The wheel to be used is provided with the power for obtaining a predetermined rotational frequency before landing. Small power is enough for this purpose since it is not for moving the aircraft body.
