The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the plastic surgery and it is meant for covering of certain extended soft tissue defects. The proposed autoplastic graft is formed of a musculocutaneous flap, containing the straight abdominal muscle and two dermoadipose thoracicoabdominal tubed flaps, the combined autoplastic graft having a common base, consisting of the tegument distal portion superjacent the straight abdominal muscle and a common vascular pedicle, consisting of the inferior deep epigastric artery and the concomitant veins.Claims: 1
