Combined musculocutaneous and tubed autoplastic graft

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the plastic surgery and it is meant for covering of certain extended soft tissue defects.The proposed autoplastic graft is formed of a musculocutaneous flap, containing the straight abdominal muscle and two dermoadipose thoracicoabdominal tubed flaps, the combined autoplastic graft having a common base, consisting of the tegument distal portion superjacent the straight abdominal muscle and a common vascular pedicle, consisting of the inferior deep epigastric artery and the concomitant veins.
