A combination of antineoplastic agents comprising a synergistically effective antitumor amount of acetyldinaline and a synergistically effective antitumor amount of gemcitabine, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, capecitabine, or cisplatin that is synergistic for treating cancer is disclosed.
