PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling warper and a warping method giving a warped yarn wound on a warping drum in a manner to form a flat and smooth surface independent of the count (thickness or diameter) of the yarn and solving the problems such as the tension difference in the following weaving process.;SOLUTION: The sampling warper W is provided with a means for controlling the feed of a conveyor belt and performing the warping by hooking yarns 22 on one or a plurality of yarn guides and winding on a conveyor belt 100 moving on a warping drum A at a prescribed feeding rate while exchanging the yarn to perform the warping of the warp design. In the case of warping warps containing yarns having different yarn count (different yarn diameter), the feeding rate of the conveyor belt is controlled according to the diameter (thickness) of each yarn to enable the warping of the yarn to form a flat wound surface of the yarn on the warping drum independent of the diameter of the yarn having different yarn count.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
