A method for the preparation of siccine, glutaric and adipic acids from the waste of adipic acid production û a mixture of lower dicarboxylic acids (LDA) - by isolation of adipic acid from the aqueous solution of LDA, thereafter the mixture of adipic and siccine acids with admixtures of glutaric acid is isolated from the obtained evaporated centrifugate by crystallization, thereafter the siccine acid with admixture of glutaric acid is isolated from the remaining evaporated centrifugate by crystallization, and then the glutaric acid with admixtures of siccine acid is isolated from the obtained evaporated centrifugate by crystallization.
