Parsnip wine. It consists in preparing a certain type of wine, using a root vegetable called chirivía as the main elaborating material, which allows a wine with a pleasant taste and excellent result to be obtained by means of a simple elaboration procedure. To do this, once said vegetable is cooked, the water resulting from said cooking is combined and mixed with sugar, in predetermined proportions and which will result in the precious liquid after fermentation of the mixture.
