Preparation for almond cake whose composition is based on ground almonds, sugar, vegetable margarine, wheat flour and glucose syrup with an original quantitative and qualitative ratio that, when mixed correctly, are inserted into the corresponding round moulds, baked in the oven, and finally sprinkled with glazing sugar; it is removed by pressing on the mould, then decorated and packaged.
