The production of an almond-biscuit-type foodstuff comprises addition of chopped almond to a mixture of eggs, sugar and essences, for subsequent addition of flour premixed with aeration agent. The homogeneous dough is subdivided manually to size on one or more trays, and cooked in an oven at ca. 180 degrees C for ca. 18 minutes.
