The invention relates to liposomally encapsulated hydrophobic active ingredients, preferably liposomally encapsulated camptothecin or camptothecin analogs, said liposomes having a high active ingredient percentage of 50 %. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compounds containing liposomally encapsulated hydrophic active ingredients, preferably liposomally encapsulated camptothecin or camptothecin analogs. Said preparations are produced by means of high-pressure homogenization, preferably with prior formation of a lipsomal gel wherein the active ingredient is diffused in a solution or produced with the formation of an aerosol.
