A medicine comprising a combination of a five-membered heterocyclic compound represented by the general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a drug which compensates for and/or enhances the remedial effect of the compound or salt [in the formula, Z represents an α-aminocarbonyl-containing group; R1 represents (1) substituted alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl, (2) OH, (3) amino, (4) alkylamino, or (5) dialkylamino, etc.; and X and Y each represents oxygen, sulfur, or substituted nitrogen]. (I) The medicine, which comprises a combination of a five-membered heterocyclic compound represented by the general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a drug which compensates for and/or enhances the remedial effect of the compound or salt, is useful for the prevention of and/or treatments for various diseases.
