摘要

The invention concerns a method for producing hydrogen comprising at least steps which consist in: a) contacting an initial gas and a catalytic system, so as to prepare a hydrogen-rich gas, by catalytic decomposition of at least a hydrocarbon present in the initial gas, b) generating the catalytic system using an oxygen-containing regenerating gas. The catalytic system comprises a catalyst and a support capable of storing and restoring at least oxygen and oxycarbon species, and bearing the catalyst. Said method can be advantageously used in combination with a fuel cell (5), in a process and an installation for electric power production.
