Subsea pipeline (1) for multiphase flow with integrated slug-catcher, wherein the pipeline is comprising at least one upstream end (2) where a multiphase fluid can be transported into the pipeline, a subsea pipeline section (3) for transport of the multiphase fluid, and at least two downstream ends (4a, 4b) wherefrom multiphase fluid or components therein can be transported into a terminal, another installation or a pipeline, wherein that the subsea pipeline section is comprising at least one section (5) with tendency to formation of slugs, for example at multiphase flow in upwards slope, and the pipeline is distinguished in that in the section (5) with tendency to formation of slugs at least one downwards directed branch (6) is arranged in or at a low point in said section, which branch provide fluid communication from the section (5) with tendency to slug formation to at least one second pipeline (7), wherein the branch is connected to or goes over into the second pipeline (7) that can have smaller dimension than the multiphase pipeline in or at an upstream end (8) in the second pipeline, which second pipeline is arranged to transport in particular liquid phase through the second pipeline and out through a downstream end (4b) in the second pipeline.
