AN ARCHITECTURE DESIGN AND EXECUTION PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEM ON INTERNET AND ARCHITECTURE DESIGN METHOD USING THE SAME AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM STORED THEREON COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A system and a method for the architectural designing and collecting the public for the construction work and a recording medium recorded with a computer program thereof are provided to make a bidder easily and objectively select a construction company by offering a sample design to the bidder and by previously examining the sample design. CONSTITUTION: Terminals(100,102) for the bidders are connected a server(110) through the Internet(108). The information about a request for the construction work is exchanged by the server and the bidders through the first terminals. The bidders put the particulars of an order into the server and receive the information about the sample design from the server. The server intermediates the action for a contract between the bidders and the construction companies(104,106). The bidders select the construction companies meeting the conditions by referring to the sample design. The server makes the examiners assess the sample design and provides the bidders with the information about the assessment.
