PURPOSE: A system and method for automatically estimating on-line education using the Internet are provided to grasp a schoolwork accomplishment rate of each learner and make a customized learning adapted to the accomplishment rate possible by analyzing and evaluating an on-line learning result of a learner and endowing a credit according to learners based on the evaluating result information. CONSTITUTION: A learner terminal device(100,102) connects to a system through the Internet, downloads various learning data being supplied from the system, and transmits/receives information data to the system for an on-line learning. An on-line learning businessman server(108) supplies various learning data requested from a learner for an on-line learning of the learner, and collects learning result information in the system. A learning managing module(114) includes various learning data being supplied in the on-line learning businessman server(108), supplies the learning data to a corresponding learner in accordance with a control of the server(108), receives learning result information data of each learner being supplied from the server(108), and stores the data in a learning result data DB. A learning evaluation managing module(118) analyzes learning result information of each learner stored in the learning result data DB and calculates learning evaluation information. A statistics application module(122) creates a learning evaluation distribution chart of all learners using the learning evaluation information, and endows a credit according to learners in accordance with the distribution rate.
