PURPOSE: A system for transacting an intellectual property right and a method for selling the same are provided to evaluate intellectual property of a patentee directly by receiving a general execution right of intellectual property right from the patentee, publishing/notifying the permitted contents in a server for a predetermined period, and performing a commodity and a method using the intellectual property. CONSTITUTION: A patentee permits a registration and a general execution right. An intellectual property right of the patentee is published and notified. A producer and a consumer watch the public notification using a personal terminal and register the public notification in a server. The intellectual property right is performed according to a necessary of a consumer and the result matter is requested, and a purchase stage is achieved. If a consumer orders the result matter, the result matter is sold and transmitted to the consumer. If a purchase is achieved, a royalty is supplied to the patentee. A consumer evaluation and a producer evaluation are achieved. A consumer uses the result matter and evaluates the value of the intellectual property right.
