THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR THE SPECIFIC GINSENOSIDE FROM PANAX GINSENG HAIRY ROOTS BY HEAT TREATMENT

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for mass producing specific ginsenosides by the heat treatment of hairy roots of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer, thereby mass producing the ginsenosides having excellent pharmacological effects, cheaply. CONSTITUTION: The method for mass producing specific ginsenosides, Rg3, Rh1 and Rh2 comprises the steps of: mass producing the hairy roots of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer through the tissue cultivation of a ginseng hairy root KGHR-8A; removing water from the hairy roots of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer; heating the hairy roots of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer at 105 deg. C for 60 to 180 minutes, preferably 120 minutes; and drying the heat treated hairy roots of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer.
