PURPOSE: A method for detecting analyzed material is provided to detect microingredient or analyzed material having small molecular mass, by improving sensitivity of the surface plasmon resonance sensor through the attachment colloidal gold to the analyzed material. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting analyzed material, comprises a first step of activating sensor chip of a surface plasmon resonance sensor; a second step of attaching an analyzed material and a material which is to be combined with the analyzed material, to the sensor chip; a third step of producing an analyzed material-colloidal gold combination by attaching a colloidal gold to the analyzed material; a fourth step of injecting the analyzed material-colloidal gold combination to the surface of the sensor chip where the material to be combined with the analyzed material is attached; a fifth step of reacting the analyzed material and the material to be coupled with the analyzed material; and a sixth step of measuring changes of surface plasmon resonance angle.
