PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing functional liquor using medicinal herbs. The manufactured liquor has an invigorating activity and fatigue relieving activity and is beneficial to a human body. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing functional liquor using medicinal herbs comprises the steps of: preparing medicinal herbs consisting of 35-45 wt.% of Nymphaea nelumbo L., 4-9 wt.% of Cervus nippon, 2-5 wt.% of Acanthopanax, 2-5 wt.% of ginseng, 2-5 wt.% of Eucommia ulmoides, 1-3 wt.% of Schizandra chinensis Baillon and 28-54 wt.% of others; adding water to the medicinal herbs and boiling them at 80-120 deg.C for 3-6 hours; extracting the mixture and heating the extract at 60-70 deg.C; filtering the extract and heating the filtrate at 60-70 deg.C under vacuum condition of 600-700mmHg for 3-6 hours to obtain a concentrate; mixing the concentrate with diluted spirit and followed by freezing and filtering the mixture to obtain a product with alcohol content of 20-25%; and taking the supernatant from the product.
