PURPOSE: A method for preventing metal from adhering onto the cone part of a converter is provided to prevent metal from adhering onto the cone part of the converter using oxidation heat due to reaction of oxygen with carbon monoxide gas in gas generated during blowing by blowing oxygen into the converter at a proper time.
