PURPOSE: A hand exercise device of a chair is provided to enable a user to perform exercise for relieving fatigue during work by being mounted at a lower part of the front end of the arm of the chair. CONSTITUTION: A finger receptacle(10) has a plurality of bosses(14) having screw holes(13) in a groove(11) integrally formed with an insertion groove(12). An engaging plate(20) is integrally formed with a pressing part(23) fitted into the insertion groove(12) and has a plurality of spring fitting grooves(21) and holes(22'). A plate spring(30) is connected to the insertion groove(12) and the front end of an arm(60). A mounting part(40) has a plurality of spring mounting grooves(42) vertically facing the spring fitting groove(21) for fitting a coil spring and a plurality of holes(41) for connecting to the arm by a screw.
