METHOD FOR DIRECT FORWARD CONTRACT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS USING EC

PURPOSE: A method for the direct forward contract of the agricultural products using the EC(Electric Commerce) is provided to make more user join in the forward contract through the high reliability by providing the method for compensating the agricultural damage caused by a disaster, promoting a early re-contract when the contract is canceled and confirming a buyer of the contracted agricultural product. CONSTITUTION: The buyer pays the contract money after selecting the buying products(s210). After the contract, the contract money is converted into the insurance money for readying for the agricultural disaster(s220). If the buyer wants to cancel the contract(s230), the contract money is converted into the penalty(s231) and the re-contract is waiting(s232). If the re-contract is not realized, the penalty is paid to a producer(s235). In case of the disaster, the compensation is paid to the producer and the buyer(s241). In case of a normal harvest, the buyer pays the rest and receives the ordered articles(s250).
