PURPOSE: A method for culturing Isaria sinclairii using a microorganism fermented medium and an extract of the fruit body of Isaria sinclairii are provided, thereby effectively inducing growth of Isaria sinclairii, and increasing the weight of Isaria sinclairii grown. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing Isaria sinclairii using a microorganism fermented medium comprises the steps of: culturing microorganisms including lactic acid bacteria in a medium, mixing the medium with an unpolished rice solution in the same ratio, and fermenting the mixture at 28 deg. C to prepare a microorganism fermented medium; adding the microorganism fermented medium into a PDA(Potato Dextrose Agar) medium in the ratio of 1:500 to prepare an FPDA medium; and inoculating Isaria sinclairii to the FPDA medium and culturing it. The extract of the fruit body of Isaria sinclairii is prepared by collecting fruit bodies of Isaria sinclairii grown in the FPDA medium; heating the fruit bodies in a glass extracting machine at 100 deg. C for 2 hours and at 90 deg. C for 2 hours; and packaging the fruit body extract and sterilizing it for 30 minutes.
