摘要

PURPOSE: An Internet learning place for assisting a learning information provider and a learner is provided to shorten a learning time of the learner and to carry out the learning efficiently by enabling the learner to carry out the learning while seeing a hint fit to understanding degree, and to offer a teaching material to the learner by enabling the information provider to reconfigure the teaching material. CONSTITUTION: A computer program converts the learning information made by Korean and English into twelve Korean consonants and vowels, and twelve alphabets. The computer program applies an OQ(Originality Quotient), an SQ(Speed Quotient) and a CQ(Concentration Quotient).
