PURPOSE: A method for managing overdue information based on the on-line network is provided to enable a user or a financial institution to receive a service such as an overdue generation notifying process, and an overdue inquiry guidance process by constructing a systematical module environment capable of managing the overdue information based on the on-line network. CONSTITUTION: A series of overdue information having delay and personal details of a specific delinquent is transmitted from an affiliated company management system(S101). If the overdue information is transmitted from the affiliated company management system, corresponding overdue information is appended and registered in a DB block and a series of overdue notifying mails reflected by the overdue information is created(S103,S104). The overdue notifying mails are transmitted to a mail account of the specific delinquent stored in the overdue information(S106). The overdue notifying information stored in the DB block is updated according to the transmission of the overdue notifying mails(S107).
