PURPOSE: A method and a system for advertising a shop using a free call service are provided to increase the satisfaction of customers by offering the free call service in a shop, which is using the telephone using the Internet network, to the customers visiting the shop. CONSTITUTION: The shop(20) is equipped with a free call system for offering the free call service to the customer(10). The free call system uses the Internet network, and the telephone charge used by the customer(10) is paid by the shop(20). A free call system providing company(30) installs the free call system to the shop(20) according to a constant standard and receives the installation expense of the free call system and an affiliation fee from the shop(20).
