Method for Providing Regional Geomantic Information using Mobile Communication Device having GPS Function

PURPOSE: A method for providing region-classified Feng-Shui Jiri information by a GPS(Global Positioning System) mobile communication terminal is provided to grasp the accurate location of the mobile communication terminal by a GPS and automatically notify Feng-Shui Jiri information corresponding to the grasped location to the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal judges whether it is possible for its GPS function module to receive a GPS signal and calculate the location of the mobile communication terminal(S211). If it is possible to calculate the location of the mobile communication terminal, the mobile communication terminal requests information including location information of the mobile communication terminal from a Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server(S213). If it is impossible to calculate the location of the mobile communication terminal, the mobile communication terminal requests information including the received GPS signal from the Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server(S212). The Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server calculates location information of the mobile communication terminal(S214). The Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server retrieves a Feng-Shui Jiri information DB and confirms whether Feng-Shui Jiri information corresponding to the location of the mobile communication terminal exists(S216). If Feng-Shui Jiri information exists, the Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server extracts Feng-Shui Jiri information(S217). If Feng-Shui Jiri information does not exist, the Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server extracts Feng-Shui Jiri information of the most adjacent location(S218). The Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server writes a message including extracted Feng-Shui Jiri information and location movement information(S219). The Feng-Shui Jiri information providing server transmits the written Feng-Shui Jiri information message to the mobile communication terminal(S220).
