Manufacturing Method of Reuse Lung Polyester, Blackout Rinse Toner

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a toner with waste polyester recycled which produces the toner with 5-12 micrometers in diameter and 1.02-1.35 in GSD so that it is properly applied to a digital appliance with excellent fixing power. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the toner with the waste polyester recycled comprises the steps of: (i) polymerizing waste polyethylene terephthalate in solid resin solvent; (ii) adding polybasic acid to the polymer and carrying out secondary polymerization reaction; (iii) adding polyfunctional alcohol to the polymer and implementing condensation polymerization to prepare polymer with 3,000-5,000 in average molecular weight of 10-150mgKOH/g; and (iv) neutralizing the polymer in alkali compound and dissolving in water, hydrophilic solvent or water compound to produce aqueous polyester resin.
