PURPOSE: Welding material of a high heat input welding is provided to improve low-temperature impact toughness of a welding metal by preventing a coarsening of the welding metal through adjusting component of welding material. CONSTITUTION: Welding material consists of a wire and flux. The wire of welding material includes 0.02 to 0.05 weight percent of C, 0.01 to 0.03 weight percent of Si, 1.90 to 3.00 weight percent of Mn, below 0.020 weight percent of P, below 0.005 weight percent of S, 0.06 to 0.12 weight percent of Ti and 0.15 to 0.25 weight percent of Mo. Flux of welding material includes 0.10 to 0.15 weight percent of C, 5 to 15 weight percent of Al, 5 to 20 weight percent of Si, 1.5 to 3.00 weight percent of Mn, 0.06 to 0.15 weight percent of P, 5 to 10 weight percent of Ti, 5 to 15 weight percent of Ca, 5 to 20 weight percent of Mg, 0.5 to 2.5 weight percent of Na, 0.10 to 0.50 weight percent of K, 10.0 to 30.00 weight percent of Fe, and 0.15 to 0.35 weight percent of B.
