SYSTEM FOR OFFERING ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE BY USING MILAGE OF AIRLINE COMPANY

PURPOSE: An online payment service system is provided to enable a user to make payment for contents, a commodity or a service by using an accumulated milage of an airline company. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises several steps. An airline milage management system is linked to an online payment system. The online payment system is linked to a payment menu of an online contents at a service providing site. A user accesses the payment system for purchasing contents or a service. A payment amount is determined, it is approved by the milage management system and a corresponding milage point is subtracted from the accumulated milage. The milage management system records the payment data for a period, and gives a corresponding money to a payment service provider. Then, the payment service provider distributes the payment money to contents or service providing companies.
