PURPOSE: A method for generating an electronic learning paper having a problem with an additional point is provided which constitutes the learning paper with problems giving additional points in order to increase the learning achievement of a learner. CONSTITUTION: According to the method for generating an electronic learning paper through a computer which generates and provides an electronic learning paper to a number of learners periodically, general problems constituting the learning paper are extracted from a memory device(S200). A specific problem with more additional points than the general problem is extracted(S201). An electronic learning paper including the above specific problem is generated(S202), and is transmitted to an electronic mail account of the learner(S206).
