PURPOSE: A method for supplying a company education process in an individual development plan supporting system is provided to supply a company education process for a member registered in a system for enabling each member of an enterprise to have an advanced professional skill. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a system using a terminal such as a PC capable of executing data communication through a network(S300). The user inputs an ID and password for a user log-in process(S302). A plan supporting server checks whether the user is registered in the system(S304). The plan supporting server displays a main menu screen for enabling the user to execute a menu for a member(S308). If the user selects the menu for a member, the plan supporting server displays the menu for a member(S310). The plan supporting server recognizes an ability elevation plan setting menu selection from the user, displays an ability elevation plan setting screen, and the user registers a necessary company education process and sets an individual ability elevation plan(S312). The plan supporting server recognizes selections of a company education process selections from the user(S314), displays a company education process, and the user selects a necessary company education process(S316). The plan supporting server registers the company education processes of each user(S318).
