METHOD FOR REGISTRATING INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF MEMBERS IN INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for additionally registering an individual development plan of a member in an individual development plan supporting system is provided to additionally register a desired individual development plan to have an advanced professional skill. CONSTITUTION: A member connects to a system using a terminal such as a personal computer capable of executing data communication through the network. A plan supporting server recognizes a system connection request of the member(S300). The plan supporting server requests to input an ID and password for log-in(S302). The plan supporting server receives the ID and password and checks whether the member is registered in the system(S304). If the member is registered in the system(S306), the plan supporting server displays a main menu screen to the member(S308). The plan supporting server supplies an initial menu as an HTML document or a Java script document, and the member selects a menu for additionally registering an individual development plan(S310). If the member selects the additional registration menu(S312), the plan supporting server supplies an information window for additionally registering an ability elevation plan(S314). The member additionally sets the current career field education plan, other career field education plan, an external education process plan, an ability elevation plan through a job using the corresponding information window. If an approver approves the set ability elevation plan of the member(S316), the member executes the ability elevation activity and the information inputted in the system by the member is stored in an individual development plan database(S318).
