PURPOSE: Genes including cerevisiae death factor 1(CDF1), cerevisiae death factor 2(CDF2) and cerevisiae death factor 3(CDF3) associated with cell death are provided, which can be useful for developing biological agricultural medicines. CONSTITUTION: Genes including cerevisiae death factor 1(CDF1), cerevisiae death factor 2(CDF2) and cerevisiae death factor 3(CDF3) associated with cell death are screened by transforming Saccharomyces cerevisiae DK990418 with Arabidopsis cDNA library; culturing the transformed Saccharomyces cerevisiae DK990418 in SD-Galactose-Trp-Ura medium to isolate clones; culturing the isolated clones in two selection media including SD-Glucose-Trp-Ura and SD-Galactose-Trp-Ura at 30 deg. C for 2 days to isolate colonies grown therein; and separating CDF1, CDF2 and CDF3 from the isolated colonies.
