PURPOSE: A method of constructing a riverbank by waste tires is provided to minimize the cost of construction and create an environmentally friendly habitat for microbe and plants. CONSTITUTION: The process of constructing a riverbank by waste tires is composed of: cutting the outer circumstance of a spent, then making a couple of ring-shaped waste tires; putting the waste tire to a frame provided with numbers of projections formed radially on the inner circumstance, a cylinder-shaped connecting projection and numbers of inner projections formed radially on the outer circumstance of the cylinder-shaped connecting projection; filling the frame with melted synthetic materials and creating a unit block(16) with inner grooves(19) and outer grooves(18); situating numbers of round blocks on a riverbank, then connecting each block with sockets.
