Auto Dispatching Method and System for Taxi Call Service

PURPOSE: A method and system for automatically ordering a taxi call is provided to automate a taxi ordering in accordance with a car sorting condition by checking a car state and position information being transmitted from each card in a taxi call service center and selecting a car corresponded to the ordering condition. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of call receipt clients(10) receive a car ordering. A control communication server(21) calls mobile phone cell information of assigned cars periodically and stores the information in a database(22). The database(22) stores data related to the call receipt information, car position information, and an automatic car ordering service. An automatic car ordering server(23) selects a proper card with respect to a received call. A wireless communication company(30) receives mobile phone cell information of the assigned cars periodically through a base station(40) and supplies the information to the control communication server(21). A plurality of base stations(40) recognize mobile phone cell information of a card terminal(50) within a predetermined distance. The card terminal(50) includes a CDMA communication module, a GPS receiver for recognizing a car position, a control unit for controlling the card terminal(50), a screen display device for displaying a terminal operation state, a switch for operating a terminal, a position information storage for storing position information, a terminal state storage for storing a state of a car, a voice recognition unit for recognizing a voice of a driver, and an A/D converter for converting a voice of a driver into a digital signal.
