PURPOSE: A phone charge reducing method is provided to reduce a mobile phone charge by displaying an advertisement on an LCD of a user's mobile phone when a call is received. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user subscribes for a phone charge reducing service via browsing advertisement with a caller ID. The advertisement is displayed with the caller ID on the LCD whenever the user is called on the mobile phone. A service system counts the number of the exposure of the advertisement. The service system reduces the phone charge according to the counted number.
