摘要

The Istituto Superiore di Sanita (the National Institute of Health in Italy) participates in the European project CHANGE (Care of Health Advertising New Goals for Elderly people). The project is an intervention model designed to provide the elderly population with healthy lifestyles to stay active accounting the increase in life expectancy and the working period. The intervention model consists of an informal educational system centered on increasing motor activity and optimization of diet to be carried out after identifying and training of social health mediators (physicians, gerontologists, social workers, psychologists and pharmacists).
