PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer an incoming call to a mobile telephone set in accordance with a position of the mobile telephone set and to allow talk with a strong possibility by enabling a caller to talk within a recognition of the situation.;SOLUTION: An exchanger 20 requests position information of a control unit 14 of a portable telephone terminal 10 when there is an incoming call to the portable telephone terminal 10. The control unit 14 transmits position information calculated by a position information sensor 13 to a control unit 31 of an incoming call information management system 30 along with a telephone number of the mobile telephone terminal 10. The control unit 31 transmits the received telephone number, incoming call terminal information corresponding to the position information, order of selection, and a message to the exchanger 20. The exchanger 20 selects incoming call terminal information according to the order of selection and calls the incoming call terminal according to the selected incoming call terminal information.
